A bit 'late, perhaps, but I think it is always useful. Place the mail on the law 133 that I received from Eastern Studies.
We summarize the Decree Law 133 approved by the government August 6, 2008:
- reduction in funding of 20% within the next five years
- block in turnover to 20% every five retirements University
will make one assumption
- possibility for universities to become private foundations
What effects will bring?
- first reduction in funding for universities
will force universities to increase fees to
students.
The academic senates of several Italian universities provide
within the next five years having triple the tuition fees are not otherwise able
even cover staff salaries.
the state universities, however, have a ceiling limit on the fees imposed
(which has already been achieved in many universities) and in fact
will be forced to close its doors. their last resort is to become a private foundation
. But this does not mean being privately funded but
fact means selling the university to the highest bidder.
WHY SHOULD BECOME A PRIVATE FOUNDATION?
To be able to borrow, increase taxes students, who would have more
a legal limit and could increase dramatically, reaching even
€ 6000-7000 per year, on the model of American universities

addition, would be financed by private foundations, such as
pharmaceutical companies (maybe the only ones to allow poterselo

researchers whose contract does not provide teaching.

researchers and graduate students and all those who dream of a future work

Cara Wall Cave ...
Cara cave wall, no significant developments today.
now it seems a waste of time to fix my memories in the form of cuneiform signs, because nothing happens that really worth the trouble to carve.
It 'frustrating to have this prolific brain activity, but not to find a way to express it. This morning I was reflecting on the emptiness of our lives and I felt a profound need to discuss it with someone, I tried to stop her from sitting Grig hunting, but had his eye on a saber-toothed tiger, and would not listen to reason. Not bad: those pesky grunts that we can deliver to our underdeveloped vocal cords, are not able to reveal all facets of my psyche, and would make me look like a troglodyte like everyone else.
I can not make sense of the day: I sit there, perched on the cliff of Zelkova, watching my fellow sniff each other's buttocks, or kicking a stone, hoping to become like Peter Del. And I hear them, their groans of ridicule, deride as "that which rolls round stones down the hill and passing the time sfegare sticks together."
Oh, that sgrugniscano well behind me, a little care, I'm sure one day I will become somebody. I do not want to boil (um, interesting term, I'll work on it) in my own primordial soup, as did my father, my grandfather and the grandfather of my grandfather. That was a monkey, among others.
But it seems that no individual in this society is driven by a desire to progress and I perplime: is it possible that a community of living creatures to a backlog of its evolutionary process does not want to optimize the resources at its disposal to improve? This is demeaning, we deserve to get a few dozen locations in the food chain. My
innovative thrust is nipped in the bud. My family wants me to quit wasting time to think, and hope that sooner or later I decide to behave in a more traditionalist like them.
What's wrong if I want to walk standing straight, instead of placing her hands dangling on the ground?

Every four years, we have a free day, a bit 'like packets of snacks that have more, but the price remains the same.
But you realize what this creates imbalances in the order of space and time of things?
